About
Chalet de la Lune is a 400 year old farmhouse nestled right in the old quarter of St Martin. It sits 100m through the twisty streets from the traditional alpine village centre meaning that you are only a stone’s throw away from the little restaurants and bars that characterise St Martin de Belleville.
The owners of Chalet de la Lune have lovingly restored the chalet whilst managing to retain every bit of tradition and charm. The open-plan stone vaulted living and dining room is the heart of the chalet – a spectacular setting to unwind in after a day in the mountains with space for everyone to snuggle up in front of the fire, that is, if you can resist the draw of the den downstairs. There are games, films and plenty of books to keep everybody entertained.
The six bedrooms have been beautifully refurbished and have exposed beams, deep windowsills, beautiful fabrics and under-floor heating. All have en-suite bath or shower rooms, complete with creature comforts of bathrobes, slippers and divine bathroom bits from Cowshed.

Meals
Food will be as much of a highlight as the skiing will for guests of Chalet de la Lune. You will be awoken with a mug of fresh coffee or tea in bed before you will be choosing from homemade muesli, smoothies and porridge. Feel free push the boat out with a full English or one of the chef’s daily specials. You’ll be welcomed back to the chalet with a fabulous afternoon tea, fresh bread and jam and homemade cake. Then unwind in front of the fire with a glass and canapés prior to a sumptuous 4-course dinner which is ended with a selection of local cheeses and chutneys.
Your chef will be in touch before you arrive to go through any particular likes, dislikes and dietary requirements so that your hosts are prepared for when you arrive.
