Overview
Hotel Castor sits just just 500m away from the ski lifts, at the foot of the stunning Monte Rosa mountain range. It is slap bang in the heart of the historic centre of Champoluc, just 7 minutes walk from the winter ski facilities.
The hotel is a typical mountain hotel – it is made from natural materials, mainly wood and stone, with such materials featuring prominently in both the living room and bedrooms.
The hotel as 32 en-suite bedrooms all decorated in old Alpine style. Hotel Castor has a wonderful bar in which guests can sample 150 different regional wines. It is the ideal place to relax after a day on the mountain. If you pop in between 4.30 and 5.30pm each day, there is a free cup of tea and some homemade biscuits on offer.
The hotel restaurant prepares traditional local meals as well as national Italian dishes. The half board offers a first and second course with a fresh salad buffet, local fresh cheeses and an array of homemade desserts. There is also a well stocked cellar!

There is usually an evening of entertainment during the week and depending on what you want, you may even get to sing around the piano! This is a truly family hotel and they hope to welcome you into their extended family at the Hotel.
