Overview

Chalet Soldanella is a lovely free-standing chalet in Selva, decorated in typically south Tyrolean fashion. With the designers’ keen eye for taste and style, this Chalet has certainly appealed to our guests over the last few seasons.

The Soldanella is conveniently located, just 3 minutes’ walk from Selva’s lively resort centre and is within easy reach of the ski-lifts and slopes. You can ski down to the Ciampinoi gondola via the piste just 20m away, or access the Dantercepies lift system from the nearby village centre.

The interior of the chalet has been recently refreshed with modern furnishings, so the bedrooms are all glowing with fresh wood panelling, with comfortable bedroom furniture and tasteful fabrics adding to the light ambience. The en suite shower/wc rooms boast stylish fixtures and fittings, and all have the bonus of a fitted hairdryer.

The dining room and lounge both match the traditional, yet up-to-date feel, and offer our guests welcoming communal areas in which to share convivial meals and conversation, and the views from the lounge balcony are simply stunning.

Dining 

Breakfast is continental every day and on six mornings there are cooked options for you.

Afternoon tea and cake will be laid out for you upon your return from skiing and there is also a savoury treat.

In the evenings our chefs will cook you a three-course meal six nights a week. Before your meal, there is a glass of prosecco and canapes served in the bar. The three courses consist of an appetiser, main course and dessert – with unlimited complimentary red, white and rose wine during service! There is also an option for vegetarians.

The evening menu is a set menu. There is a choice of appetiser, main course and dessert or cheese and your order is usually taken in the morning and then is served to your table.

On the staff one night off per week just a continental breakfast is provided and it’s a great opportunity for you to experience some local restaurants in your resort. Speak to your resort representative or Chalet Hotel Manager for recommendations and help with reservations.
