Experimental Chalet hotel offers a contemporary renovation on a traditional chalet hotel, offering the best of both worlds for a luxury ski holiday. Combining both traditional and modern, Experimental Chalet is ideal for those wanting a chic yet comfortable stay. The vibe is ‘fun and friendly’.

The hotel sits in the heart of Verbier, just a three-minute walk from the main square and ten-minute walk from the main gondola.

The hotel boasts 39 modern rooms and suites all furnished with king-size beds. Some are equipped with terrace, jacuzzi and panoramic views taking in Mont Blanc’s peak. The rooms and suites are comfortable and minimalist, blending mid-century design with quirky detailing.

The hotels spa consists of three treatment rooms, a solarium, hammam and Jacuzzi.

The restaurant and bar offer a modern take on mountain food, served with signature cocktails and a vast selection of wine and spirits. Family-friendly dishes are available and round-the-clock bar snacks are also on offer should you need a little something extra.

There’s also the famous and legendary late-night “farm club” for those wanting to carry on after apres.

Room Types & Amenities

Classic Room: Small North facing room with king size bed and bathroom with a shower. 18m²

Junior Suite with Terrace: An enlarged room, the Junior Suites are around 34m², feature one king sized bed a cosy seating area. Bathrooms have either a bath or shower. These rooms also have a spacious terrace balcony.

Superior Room: Located on the upper floor of the chalet, approximately 22m² with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with bath.

Deluxe Room with Terrace: The Deluxe Terrace rooms are around 24m², with king size bed, bathroom with bath and a private south facing balcony with views of the Grand Combin peak.

Junior Suite: An enlarged room, the Junior Suites are around 34m², feature one king sized bed a cosy seating area. Bathrooms have either a bath or shower.

Suite Verbier: A gorgeous open-plan Penthouse (around 46m²) featuring a roof-top jacuzzi, fireplace and uniquely designed bedroom area with king sized bed and spacious sunny bathroom. There is a sitting area with sliding doors leading on to the spacious private terrace where you can relax in your own private jacuzzi and enjoy the spectacular views.

Suite Panorama: The Panoramic Suite overlooks Verbier with private terraces and a jacuzzi. With around 60sqm of living space, it hosts a bedroom with a king size bed, a living-room with fireplace and a dressing room. A large and sunny bathroom is equipped with a soaking tub and shower.

Dining 

Restaurant: There hotel’s restaurant serves up classic Alpine dishes with a contemporary twist, with menus designed by acclaimed chef Gregory Marchand. Expect to see locally caught fish from Alpine lakes, accompanied by fresh vegetables full of flavour and a range of hearty and warming meals. Family-friendly options are available and snacks are served around the clock in the bar, along with a range of signature craft cocktails.

The Bar: The Bar is located on the first floor, next to the roaring open fire and serves signature craft cocktails and a wonderful selection of wines and spirits, making it the perfect retreat for an apres-ski aperitif or post dinner digestif.

The Farm Club: One of Verbier’s most legendary nightclubs and can be found at the bottom of Experimental Chalet. It is the place to be seen and an ideal spot for those that wish to continue the apres ski well into the night.
