Overview
The Hotel Mont Blanc re-opened as a 5-star hotel in 2013 after an extensive face lift to offer tradition sprinkles with luxury. The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Chamonix, it is owned by the Tattinger family, and it its located right in the heart of Chamonix town, thus providing everything the resort has to offer literally just as you step out the front door.
The hotel has wide range of stylish, spacious and luxurious rooms and suites, with many boasting a wonderful view of Mont Blanc.
The hotel has an open-air swimming pool and a spa comprising a sauna, Jacuzzi and a fitness room, as well as Clarins beauty treatments and massages.
The hotel bar offers a fine selection of wines and champagnes, as well as comfortable sofas and again, large windows allowing you to take in the dramatic panorama.
The large fireplace at the hotel’s Matafan Restaurant welcomes you back from a day on the slopes. Whilst you have so much choice within a stone throw of the hotel when it comes to dining, we can’t recommend enough the hotels’ restaurant where Chef Mickey Bourdillat serves a fine cuisine menu full of local specialities with creative touches.
