Overview

With 29 stunning hotel rooms and suites and five exceptional chalets the K2 Courchevel 1850 has an unrivalled level of sophistication about it, exemplified by the lift directly outside for ski in/ski out access to the entire Trois Vallees.

There are only 30 rooms, each one beautifully designed, meaning that the hotel is perfect for couples, groups of friends and families with one thing in common – the desire to relax.

The five exclusive chalets are extremely luxurious providing all the benefits of a private chalet with a personal, five star service. More details can be found on the chalet tab where each chalet is featured.

There’s the spacious Goji Spa, spread over two floors with one double and three single treatment rooms, and a hammam, using Valmont products. The spa’s circular pool is stunning, it overlooks the valley to offer incredible panoramic views as you swim. The pool area comprises of a waterfall, a hammam, hot and cold baths and an outdoor hot tub.

The very well equipped fitness room is complete with a personal trainer for guests’ use. Families with younger children love the playroom – there’s a mini K2 mountain to climb with a bobsleigh slide back down, interactive games and films, whilst the Teens room has an interactive dance floor, recording studio and arcade games.

Other facilities include a ski shop, a Shu Uemura hairdressing salon, ‘Le K2 Klub Cigar’ and a free shuttle service to the resort centre.

Le 8611 lounge bar is somewhere you can relax by the fireplace with one of their delightful cocktail creations whilst soaking up the warm and friendly atmosphere. You can then continue your evening in the hotel’s own nightclub ‘Le K’baret’ with its own bar and the latest in light and sound technology. This unique venue can also be converted into a cinema or a theatre!

Single Room: 13m² single room with or without a balcony for 1 guest in the warm atmosphere of an east and west-facing wooden chalet.

Double Room: 20-25² double rooms for 1 or 2 guests in the warm atmosphere of a south, east or west-facing wooden chalet.

A spare bed available at extra charge for a child aged 13 or under.

The maximum occupancy: 3 people (2 adults+1 child or 1 adult + 2 children).

Suite: 45m² double rooms with a lounge and terrace or balcony for 1 or 2 guests in the warm atmosphere of a south-facing wooden chalet.

Dining

Le K2 Palace is home to two gourmet restaurants; Le Kintessence and Le Black Pyramid. Le Kintessence was awarded two Michelin stars in February 2014, the restaurant has an intimate atmosphere specialising in gastronomic cuisine where the focus is on delicately prepared dishes that evoke expertise and creativity. Le Black Pyramid is renowned for its inventive buffets for breakfast and brunch; the perfect way to start the day!

If you appreciate fine wines then Le K2 Palace has plenty for you to choose from, the wine cellar at Le Black Pyramid has almost 1,100 bottles of exemplary wines and the hotel’s ‘Le K2 Cellar’ is home to an extensive collection of fine wines and rare vintages, their excellent Sommelier’s passion will help you to make a sublime choice from the collection.
