Overview
Hotel Q! Maria Theresia is located close to the pedestrianised centre of Kitzbuhel, and offers a pleasant mix of old and new whilst retaining a cosy, welcoming and tradtitional environment.
The hotel’s interiors draws you in with its the dark wood and leather Chesterfields where once you sit and relax, you will not want to move!
The wonderful lounge with the roaring fire is the place to be after skiing, and is a wonderful area to meet up if you are part of a group.
You’ll never be too far away from the sophisticated bars, restaurants and shops of Kitzbuhel either – they’re all within a two minute walk of the Maria Theresia.
It is not just the town that the hotel is close to – the Hahnenkamm and the Kitzbuhler Horn are also just a short walk away. Plus there are Intersport ski lockers at the gondola so you can leave your ski gear there rather than carry it to and from the hotel each day.
Last, but not least, the spa area is surprisingly spacious with two saunas, two steam rooms and a relaxation area with water beds and mood lighting.

Glacius says…
“We love booking clients into this hotel, especially groups – it is just so well designed and spacious. The bar area is large and yet it still is cosy and atmospheric and the service, as is often the case in Austria is simply wonderful. The location also makes use ove this hotel more than most – the minute you walk out the hotel, you can instantly enjoy the charm and magic of Kitzbuhel”.
