Overview

Saint Hubertus Resort is a beautiful luxury apartment offering located at the top of Cervinia, just a short walk to the ski lifts (the hotel’s transfer service will take you to the slopes and back). This 4* offering oozes Italian style and romance throughout, with bare feature walls and cosy alcoves. It allows the privacy of an apartment yet, the ability to enjoy all the amenities expected of a 4* hotel (including the state of the art wellness centre).

The apartments vary in size, and can sleep from 2 to 6 people. They all provide a stunning view of the Alps and the Matterhorn. The apartments feel spacious, and with a fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen, they cater for all requirements.

Guests staying in the apartments, do so on a bed & breakfast basis, leaving the choice entirely with you as to where to dine whether than be a la carte at the hotel restaurant, at a restaurant in town, or something simple in the apartment.

As well as relaxing in the apartment, guests can visit the state of the art wellness centre, which includes an indoor pool and hot tub. Various therapies are also available for guests to enjoy as a well-equipped tecno-gym.

There are ski storage facilities and a ski pass vendor. Free parking is available on site but a reservation is needed.

Room Types & Amenities

Deluxe Apartments are 90/110 square meters of great luxury to dream and be pampered in front of her Majesty the Matterhorn, while the sparks of stone fireplaces spread a gentle heat delighting the cosy living room created by the hands of skilled craftsmen and decorated with precious fabrics.

The largest apartments have 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed, one or two large fireplaces that enhance the elm and stone handmade floor, 2 bathrooms with marble sinks hand carved, a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Prestige Apartments are 55 to 60 square meters of serene beauty.

Luxury apartments with the possibility to sleep 3 adults and eventually 2 adults and 2 children. They normally have one bedroom and one bathroom, a large living room area with a double bed pullout couch, fireplace and kitchen.

Superior Apartments are spectacular apartments of 80/90 square meters, with or without a mezzanine and a view over the entire chain of the Matterhorn, a roof with grand Larch Timbers, a mosaic of elm and stone floor, as well as a large fireplace in the living room make the atmosphere very welcoming.

The superior apartments have 1 bedroom with king size bed and a sofa bed in the loft or in the living room, 1 or 2 bathrooms with sinks carved in marble. Balcony or terrace surrounded of a breathtaking view over the Matterhorn chain.

Dining 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the breakfast lounge and consists of fresh homemade cakes, croissants, fresh fruit and squeezed juices, natural products from local farms. Hot breakfasts and continental selections are also available.

Dinner

The Saint Hubertus restaurant is set within the beautiful stone arches and slate walls, and delivers delicious traditional Italian cuisine, all using local products that the Chef personally selects.

Winery

Full of fine wines and Champagnes from over the world. Federico Maquignaz, owner and sommelier, has studied the best wines to be brought to Saint Hubertus. Wine tastings are offered.

Juniper Bar

In the middle of the great entrance living room you will find the welcoming bar, with its two beautiful huge fireplaces and leather seating throughout. The extensive wine and bar list offers something for everyone, from pre-dinner cocktails to the best whiskeys and beer, from the Valley or from around the world.
