The Thurnhers Alpenhof is a luxurious hotel with doorstep skiing onto one of the most prestigious European ski domains. The Thurnhers Alpenhof manages to combine modern comfort and alpine charm to create an elegant yet cosy mountain retreat.

The famous Alpenhof restaurant serves exquisite culinary delights enabling you to sample local specialities as well as gourmet cuisine, a la carte or buffet. Every evening guests can enjoy a 5 to 8-course menu and experience memorable moments by candlelight with a spectacular view of the mountain panorama.

The wellness area is equipped with indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness area, a range of massage therapies, stretching and yoga classes – perfect for ultimate relaxation after a hard day on the slopes.

The complimentary children’s program includes an early children’s dinner, table-tennis tournaments, ski races, painting competitions and a children’s cinema bound to keep the younger ones occupied for hours. Guests can also make use of the cinema if they wish to watch a film as a family or group.

Ski from the doorstep of the hotel and take advantage of the resident ski guide who can show you the quietest pistes, the most enchanting scenery and the best mountain restaurants. All of the ski resorts in the Arlberg region are now connected by the new Flexenbahn making it easier to access over 300 km groomed slopes and 200 km of deep powder runs. Other activities in the area include heli-skiing to find untouched slopes, paragliding high up in the mountains to admire the beautiful region from the air and tobogganing down the 4km illuminated track from Oberlech to Lech.

The 14 rooms and 24 suites were all individually decorated with great care and attention to detail. Classic furnishings and high quality fabrics create a comfortable atmosphere and expansive panorama windows in every room offer breathtaking mountain views. The suites provide ultimate luxury with a private Jacuzzi or open fireplace. Some suites have two bedrooms, perfect for families. All rooms are en-suite with telephone, satellite TV, DVD player, mini bar, safe and internet connection.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are decorated according to individual colour schemes with particular care taken to match even the smallest detail to theme. There is a double bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, a separate seating area, phone, satellite TV, DVD player, minibar, safe and wifi. There is also the option to add two additional beds.

The fantastic gourmet restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet and light dishes. or regional specialities from the a la carte menu at lunch time. In Thurnher’s Milchbar, the hotel’s lifestyle cafe, a wide range of coffees, milk shakes and regional delicacies are served. On sunny days the home-made specialities can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace before moving back indoors again to join the daily apres-ski party.
